5. Provider Terms and Liability

  • Provider Rules: Each travel provider sets their own service conditions.
  • Limitation of Liability: Adventour Global is not responsible for provider service issues or failures.

 

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to bookings or use of our service.
  • You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from your misuse or breach of these Terms.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All site content, logos, and software belong to Adventour Global or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

8. Privacy and Data Protection
