Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen | Gateway to the Blue City
• Arrive in Tangier and meet your driver before heading through the scenic Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, Morocco’s iconic Blue City. Wander through its blue-washed medina, explore the historic Kasbah, and enjoy a magical sunset from the Spanish Mosque overlooking the town. Overnight in Chefchaouen.

Day 2: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes | Roman Ruins & Imperial Glory
• After breakfast, travel to the UNESCO-listed Roman ruins of Volubilis for a guided tour through ancient mosaics and arches. Continue to Meknes, an imperial city, visiting Bab Mansour, the Royal Stables, and the old medina. Arrive in Fes by evening and check into your traditional riad.

Day 3: Full Day in Fes | Cultural Heart of Morocco
• Enjoy a guided exploration of Fes el-Bali, the world’s oldest continuously inhabited medina. Visit Al-Qarawiyyin University, Bou Inania Madrasa, the famous tanneries, Nejjarine Museum, and bustling artisan souks. Return to your riad for an overnight stay steeped in history.

Day 4: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert | Into the Sahara
• Depart Fes and journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland,” and the cedar forests of Azrou, home to Barbary macaques. Travel via Midelt and the lush Ziz Valley before reaching Merzouga. Enjoy a camel trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset, followed by dinner, Berber music, and overnight in a desert camp.

Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley | Canyons & Oases
• Wake early to witness a breathtaking Sahara sunrise. After breakfast, visit the lively Rissani market, then continue to Todra Gorge, where towering canyon walls create a dramatic natural wonder. Drive on to the Dades Valley, stopping to admire the Monkey Fingers rock formations and Dades Gorges. Overnight in a charming valley hotel.

Day 6: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech | Kasbahs & Mountains
• Travel the legendary Road of 1,000 Kasbahs toward Ouarzazate, with optional visits to Taourirt Kasbah or Atlas Film Studios. Explore Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage ksar, before crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Arrive in Marrakech by evening, concluding your remarkable journey.
