• Travel time: Allow 20–60 minutes depending on location and traffic; allow extra time during peak hours.
• This applies to both pick-up (airport to hotel) and drop-off (hotel to airport) services.

• If passengers or luggage exceed the reserved limit, additional vehicle costs and waiting times are the client's responsibility.
