Adventour Global operates strictly as a Tour Advisor and intermediary planning service. We do not act as a travel agency, tour operator, or merchant of record. Our services consist of destination research, itinerary customization, and connecting travelers with our vetted network of third-party local partners, tour operators, and travel providers worldwide.

Advisory Fees: Adventour Global provides its planning, curation, and advisory services to customers at no extra advisory fee.

Bookings and Payments: Once a customer agrees on a customized itinerary and wishes to proceed, Adventour Global connects the customer directly with the respective local partner. All financial transactions, deposits, and payments are made directly to the local partner, not Adventour Global.

Inclusions: Travel packages cover land arrangements, accommodations, and guided experiences as specified in the itinerary. Flight tickets are excluded unless explicitly requested and confirmed in writing.

Partner Terms: Payment terms, deposit requirements, and booking conditions are established solely by the local partner and communicated directly via email.

Governing Policy: Because Adventour Global does not collect, hold, or process customer payments, we do not issue refunds. All cancellation and refund requests must adhere strictly to the terms and conditions set by the local partner.

Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation or refund, customers must email the local partner directly and keep Adventour Global in copy (cs@adventourglobal.com) for visibility and support tracking.

Support Limitations: While Adventour Global is happy to assist customers with valid reasons during communication, final approval or denial of any refund rests entirely with the local partner.

Fulfillment Liability: Local partners hold sole liability and responsibility for tour fulfillment, operational execution, safety, and service delivery. Adventour Global is not involved in the operational execution of tours.

Dispute Resolution: Adventour Global is not responsible for any disputes, damages, injuries, losses, or financial disagreements arising from cancellations, refunds, or poor service delivery by third-party local partners.

Website Content: While we strive to provide accurate research, hidden gems, and tour inspirations, all itineraries and details are subject to change based on availability and local partner updates.

Users agree to provide accurate information regarding travel preferences, group sizes, and special requests. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and meet all health and entry requirements for their destination countries.

Adventour Global reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website and services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
