Day 1: Welcome to Egypt – Arrival in Cairo

Day 2: The Wonders of Giza & The Egyptian Museum

Day 4: High Dam, Philae Temple & Nile Cruise Embarkation
Optional Excursion: Embark on an early morning excursion to the spectacular rock-cut Temples of Abu Simbel, built by Ramses II and salvaged from the waters of the Nile.
Following breakfast, visit the impressive Aswan High Dam and the stunning Philae Temple on Agilkia Island, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Afterward, transfer to your deluxe Nile Cruise ship for embarkation and lunch on board. Enjoy afternoon tea as the ship sets sail toward Kom Ombo. Step ashore to tour the unique double Temple of Sobek and Haroeris before sailing on to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board the cruise ship.
Day 5: Horus Temple at Edfu & Sailing to Luxor

Day 6: West Bank Wonders – The Valley of the Kings
Following breakfast on board, cross over to the West Bank of Luxor to explore the ancient Necropolis of Thebes. Day 8: Mediterranean Beauty – Historical Highlights of Alexandria
Enjoy breakfast on the train before arriving back in the capital. Your expert guide will pick you up for an excursion to the beautiful Mediterranean coast. Begin at the modern Library of Alexandria, showcasing an open court with statues of Alexander the Great and Ptolemy I.
Visit the historic Roman Amphitheater, complete with its open-air display of sunken monuments recovered from the Mediterranean harbor. Walk through the Coptic quarter to visit the historic Church of St. Mark—the oldest church in Africa—before strolling down the narrow streets of the vibrant old city center and traditional markets. View the grand Abbo Elabbas Mosque and capture stunning photos of the ocean-side Citadel of Qaitbay, erected on the footprint of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria. Conclude your day walking the elegant bridges and manicured lawns of the Montaza Palace gardens. Overnight stay at your hotel in Alexandria.
Day 9: Return to Cairo – Optional Ancient Pyramids Excursion
