Take Note

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR TRAVELERS:
Halal & Muslim-Friendly Services: To ensure maximum comfort for our Muslim travelers, we guarantee that all selected dining stops throughout the entire 8-day itinerary offer Halal-certified or Muslim-friendly options.
Prayer Time Alignment: We fully understand the importance of daily prayers. Upon request, our daily tour schedules and travel routes can be flexibly adjusted and coordinated with local prayer times (Salah), allowing guests ample time for prayers at beautiful historic mosques along the way.
Clothing & Footwear: This itinerary blends urban walking tours with pristine nature and mountain excursions. We highly recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes or sneakers with good grip. Since we will visit mountain areas where temperatures are significantly cooler year-round—we advise packing a light jacket, windbreaker, or layered clothing.
Weather & Activity Dynamics: Activities like the Jablanica Lake boat tour, Fortica Park Zip-line and visits to the waterfalls in Una National Park are weather-dependent. In the rare event of extreme weather conditions, our team will adjust the daily schedule or provide an alternative premium experience to ensure guest safety and comfort.
Cultural Courtesy: When visiting active historical and religious sites, such as the Igman War Mosque and Brekovica Mosque, guests are kindly requested to dress respectfully (covered shoulders and knees; headscarves for ladies when entering indoor prayer halls).
Optional Excursions: The Jablanica Lake or Pliva Lakes boat tour is an optional experience and requires an additional supplement fee of approximately 15€ per person (pax).
Currency & Payments: The official currency in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the Convertible Mark (BAM/KM), which is pegged to the Euro (1EUR approx 1.95 BAM). While credit cards are widely accepted in major shopping malls and hotels, having some local cash is recommended for small purchases in countryside ethno-villages.
