• Return to hotel for evening rest.
Day 2 — Ashgabat – Old Nisa – Kov-Ata – Ashgabat
• Old Nisa (UNESCO) — walk among Parthian ruins; guide explains archaeological significance.
• Gypjak Mosque & Mausoleum — observe national religious architecture and memorial site.
• Horse farm visit — short horse show, interactive tea party with local hosts.
• Lunch at local restaurant — sample Turkmen flavors.
• Drive to Kov-Ata underground lake — descend into a dramatic cavern, swim or relax in 33–37°C emerald waters; unique natural spa-like experience.
