Day 1 – Arrival in Beijing

Day 2 – Temple of Heaven → Tiananmen Square → Forbidden City
After breakfast, visit the Temple of Heaven (full ticket, approx. 1.5 hours) with cultural insights into ancient Chinese astronomy and acoustics. Continue to Tiananmen Square and visit Mao Zedong Memorial Hall (subject to policy). Stroll through Qianmen Dashilan area before enjoying an in-depth Forbidden City tour (approx. 3 hours) with wireless audio guide, including Yanxi Palace and Corner Tower Coffee.

Day 3 – Flag-Raising Ceremony → Badaling Great Wall → Ming Tombs → Olympic Park
Early morning visit to Tiananmen Square to witness the Flag-Raising Ceremony. Travel to Badaling Great Wall (approx. 3 hours visit). Enjoy a farm-style organic spring pancake lunch. Visit Ding Mausoleum of the Ming Tombs (including underground palace, approx. 1.5 hours), then proceed to Olympic Park for an exterior view of the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube.

Day 4 – Prince Gong’s Mansion → Shichahai → Summer Palace
