Step into the heart of the Silk Road and explore Uzbekistan’s most legendary cities. From Khiva’s mathematical legacy to Samarkand’s imperial grandeur and Bukhara’s spiritual depth, this journey blends ancient wisdom, architectural wonders, and timeless cultural traditions.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 – Khiva: City of Algebra and Algorithms
• Arrive in Khiva and begin your exploration of Ichan Qala, a UNESCO World Heritage Site preserved as an open-air museum. Discover Muhammad Amin Khan Madrasah, the striking Kalta Minor Minaret, and the historic Kohna Ark fortress. Visit Muhammad Rahim Khan Madrasah and the unique Juma Mosque with its 227 carved wooden columns. Overnight in Khiva.

Day 2 – Khiva City Tour and Train to Bukhara
• Continue exploring Khiva with visits to Tash Hovli Palace and the Khan’s Harem, followed by the Allakuli Khan Caravanserai, once a vital Silk Road trading hub. See the Islam Khoja Minaret, the tallest in Khiva, and the Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum. Visit the Mennonite Museum before boarding the train to Bukhara. Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 3 – Bukhara: The Sister of Cordoba
• Discover Bukhara, one of Central Asia’s most sacred and intellectually rich cities. Walk through the Labi Khouz Complex, ancient domed bazaars, and view Ulugbek and Abdulaziz Khan Madrasahs. Visit the iconic Poyi Kalon Complex, the Ismail Samani Mausoleum, and the mighty Ark Fortress. End the day at the Bolo Hauz Mosque. Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 4 – Bukhara City Tour and High-Speed Train to Samarkand
• Continue exploring Bukhara’s architectural gems, including Chor-Minor and the Summer Palace of the Emir, Sitorai Mohi Khosa, a blend of Eastern and European styles. In the evening, travel by high-speed train to Samarkand. Overnight in Samarkand.

Day 5 – Samarkand: Ancient Capital of Empires
• Explore Samarkand, a city with nearly 3,000 years of history. Visit the magnificent Gur-e-Amir Mausoleum of Amir Temur, followed by the iconic Registan Square, once the intellectual heart of the Silk Road. Discover the monumental Bibi Khanum Mosque and wander through the vibrant Siyob Market. Overnight in Samarkand.

Day 6 – Samarkand City Tour and Train to Tashkent
• Visit the sacred Shahi-Zinda Necropolis, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture. Explore the Afrosiyab Museum and ancient ruins of early Samarkand. Discover traditional craftsmanship at the Silk Paper Workshop and Silk Carpet Factory. In the evening, transfer by high-speed train to Tashkent. Overnight in Tashkent.

Day 7 – Tashkent City Tour
• Discover the cultural layers of Uzbekistan’s capital. Visit the Khast Imam Complex, home to one of the world’s oldest Qurans, explore the bustling Chorsu Bazaar, and ride the beautifully decorated Tashkent Metro. Continue to Tashkent City Park for a modern contrast. Overnight in Tashkent.

Day 8 – Departure from Tashkent
• After breakfast, transfer to Tashkent International Airport for your onward journey. End of services.
