Day 1 – Surabaya/Malang to Bromo Area: Cultural Immersion & Relaxation
Your journey begins with a comfortable pick-up from Surabaya or Malang. Enjoy a scenic drive toward the cool highlands near Mount Bromo.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind. Take time to stroll through nearby farms, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and observe the daily life of the Tenggerese community. This gentle introduction allows you to emotionally connect with the land before tomorrow’s breathtaking adventure.

Day 2 – Bromo Sunrise, Sea of Sand & Journey to Ijen
02:00 – Early Morning Jeep Adventure
Board a 4WD Jeep and ascend to Mount Penanjakan, the most famous sunrise viewpoint in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park.
Sunrise Moment
Watch the horizon glow as golden light reveals Mount Batok and the towering Mount Semeru. The panoramic volcanic landscape creates a deeply moving and unforgettable experience.
Sea of Sand & Crater Exploration
Cross the mystical Sea of Sand and climb toward Bromo’s crater rim. Feel the raw power of the active volcano beneath your feet. If you are fortunate, you may witness the sacred Yadnya Kasada ceremony of the Tenggerese people—an extraordinary cultural moment.
Breakfast & Scenic Transfer to Ijen Area
Return to your hotel for breakfast before driving to Bondowoso or Banyuwangi with a lunch stop en route. Check in at your hotel and rest in preparation for your midnight Ijen trek.

Day 3 – Ijen Blue Fire & Return
23:30 – Transfer to Paltuding Basecamp
Late at night, depart for Paltuding, the starting point of your Ijen adventure.
Night Trek to Ijen Crater
Begin a guided hike under the stars. Equipped with a gas mask and headlamp, descend carefully to witness the extraordinary Blue Fire phenomenon—electric-blue flames dancing in the darkness, a rare natural wonder found in only a few places on Earth.
Turquoise Crater Lake at Sunrise
As daylight breaks, admire the surreal turquoise sulfur lake—one of the most iconic volcanic views in Indonesia.
Return Journey
After trekking back and enjoying breakfast, transfer to Surabaya, Malang, or Ketapang Port (approximately 1 hour to Ketapang; 6–7 hours to Surabaya/Malang).
