Tour Itinerary

Day 01 – Journey to the Hidden Village of Wae Rebo (D)
Your cultural adventure begins early morning at 06:00 AM as you meet your friendly professional guide at your Labuan Bajo hotel. From here, embark on a scenic drive across the beautiful landscapes of Flores Island, passing traditional villages, lush forests, and breathtaking mountain views.
Upon arrival at Denge Village, take a short rest before starting a rewarding 2-hour trek through tropical rainforest trails leading to the remote and magical Wae Rebo Village. Surrounded by misty mountains, this traditional village is famous for its iconic cone-shaped Mbaru Niang houses.
When you arrive, you will participate in a special traditional welcoming ceremony conducted by the village chief as a sign of respect and permission to stay in this sacred community. You’ll also enjoy a warm cup of Wae Rebo’s original coffee, grown locally in the highlands.
Spend the afternoon relaxing, interacting with friendly villagers, learning about their daily life, or exploring the peaceful surroundings. In the evening, enjoy a memorable traditional dinner prepared by the villagers, featuring authentic Manggarai cuisine. Experience a peaceful night staying inside a traditional Wae Rebo house.

Day 02 – Sunrise in Wae Rebo & Return to Labuan Bajo (B)
Wake up to the magical atmosphere of Wae Rebo at sunrise, when mist slowly lifts from the mountains and reveals the beauty of the traditional village. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee while capturing stunning photos and engaging in warm conversations with the locals.
After breakfast, prepare for your descent back to Denge Village through the same scenic trekking trail.
On the way back to Labuan Bajo, visit the famous Spider Web Rice Fields (Lingko Fields), a unique agricultural landscape shaped like a spider’s web — a symbol of traditional Manggarai land distribution.
If time permits, you may also stop by Todo Village, the historical center of the Manggarai Kingdom, upon request to the driver (entrance fees apply).
Finally, continue your journey back to Labuan Bajo, where you will be comfortably transferred to your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable Flores cultural adventure.
