Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Between Adventour Global and Travelers
This document sets forth the Cancellation Policy and Terms of Booking (“Agreement”) applicable to all customers (“you”, “your”, or “Traveler”) who make travel bookings through the Adventour Global online platform (“Adventour Global”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform and by making a booking through Adventour Global, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment Terms
1.1 All bookings made via the Platform must be completed no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the intended travel start date.
1.2 A booking shall be deemed confirmed and legally binding only upon the full and successful receipt of payment by Adventour Global. The issuance of a booking confirmation email constitutes conclusive evidence of a confirmed booking.
1.3 Adventour Global reserves the right to cancel any booking at its sole discretion if payment is not received in full within the prescribed timeframe. In such instances, Adventour Global shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 All confirmed bookings are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. No refund, credit, or compensation shall be issued for any cancellation initiated by the Traveler after the booking has been confirmed, regardless of the reason.
2.2 Exception – Force Majeure: In the event that the Traveler is unable to proceed with the booking due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, public health emergencies, government-imposed travel bans or restrictions (“Force Majeure Event”), the Traveler may submit a written request for a refund to cs@adventourglobal.com
2.3 Upon approval, a full refund may be issued, provided that:
- The request is accompanied by supporting documentation substantiating the Force Majeure Event;
- The cancellation is made prior to the commencement of the travel services; and
- Adventour Global, in its sole discretion, deems the event to fall within the scope of Force Majeure.
2.4 Any bank charges, currency exchange fees, or transaction-related deductions incurred during the refund process shall be borne exclusively by the Traveler and shall not be reimbursed by Adventour Global.
3. Modification of Booking
3.1 No modifications or changes to the booking shall be permitted after confirmation. This includes, without limitation, changes to travel dates, destination, number of participants, or personal information of the Traveler.
3.2 Travelers are advised to carefully review all booking details prior to final submission and payment. Adventour Global shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the Traveler’s failure to do so.
4. Traveler Responsibilities and Compliance
4.1 The Traveler is solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring compliance with all travel documentation and entry requirements, including but not limited to:
- Valid passports,
- Entry visas or permits,
- Vaccination records and health certifications, and
- Compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
4.2 Adventour Global accepts no responsibility or liability for any refusal of entry, deportation, delay, or disruption caused by the Traveler’s failure to obtain or comply with the aforementioned requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Adventour Global operates solely as an intermediary platform connecting Travelers with independent third-party travel service providers, including but not limited to tour operators, guides, and transportation providers (“Third Parties”).
5.2 Under no circumstances shall Adventour Global be held liable for:
- The performance, quality, safety, legality, or conduct of Third Parties;
- Any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or financial loss incurred during or arising from the travel experience; or
- Any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, or force majeure event impacting the service delivery of Third Parties.
5.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adventour Global disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and its total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Traveler for the specific booking in question.
6. Conduct and Behavior
6.1 The Traveler is expected to behave respectfully, lawfully, and safely throughout the duration of the trip.
6.2 Adventour Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a booking without refund if the Traveler:
- Violates any local law or regulation,
- Engages in disruptive, abusive, or unsafe conduct,
- Harms or threatens other participants, providers, or staff, or
- Otherwise interferes with the execution of the travel itinerary.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 Adventour Global shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of its obligations hereunder due to a Force Majeure Event, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, or governmental acts or regulations.
7.2 In the event of such Force Majeure, Adventour Global shall notify affected Travelers as soon as reasonably possible and shall make commercially reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions where feasible.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be first attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation.
8.3 If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, such dispute shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with said rules.
8.4 The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
9. Entire Agreement and Severability
9.1 This document constitutes the entire agreement between Adventour Global and the Traveler with respect to cancellation and booking terms and supersedes all prior communications or agreements, whether oral or written.
9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
